Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Perfect Design (“we”, “us”) at prototypes.perfectdesign.app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We generate website and app prototypes based on the information you provide and deploy them to a live link, and we may provide an accompanying quotation. Prototypes are demonstrations intended to illustrate a possible build; they are provided on an “as is” basis and may contain placeholder content, sample data or stock imagery.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only submit content you have the right to use;
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful or offensive content, or use the Service to build anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• Do not misuse, overload, probe or attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any agreed fees, the prototype we produce for your project is provided for your use. Our website, branding, underlying tooling, templates and know-how remain our property. Third-party assets (e.g. stock images or open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licences.

4. Quotations

Any quotation is an estimate for a potential engagement, is non-binding, and is valid only for the period stated. A full engagement, if any, will be governed by a separate agreement.

5. No warranty

The Service and any prototype are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant service.

7. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites and generated prototypes hosted on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Suspension & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
