This Privacy Policy explains how Perfect Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services at prototypes.perfectdesign.app (the “Service”). We are based in Malaysia and handle personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the GDPR.

Information you give us

• Contact & project details you submit through our forms: name/project name, email address, phone number, company name, brand preferences, project descriptions, reference URLs, and any files you upload (screenshots, company profiles).
• Quotation requests: company name, budget range, timeline and requirements.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data: pages visited, actions taken, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Advertising & analytics identifiers: where you consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance.

2. How we use your information

• To build, deploy and deliver your requested website or app prototype;
• To prepare and send quotations and to communicate with you about your project;
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
• With your consent, to measure and improve our marketing and advertising, including retargeting;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a service you request, our legitimate business interests (such as securing and improving the Service), and compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (such as advertising cookies) at any time.

4. Sharing & third-party processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Google (Analytics, Ads) — traffic and advertising measurement;
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — advertising measurement;
• Netlify & Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery;
• GitHub — code repositories for generated prototypes;
• Resend — transactional and notification email;
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

Some providers are located outside Malaysia; where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Generated prototype files and quotations may be retained to support your project and our records.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@perfectdesign.app.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
