Multi-city bazaar organisers sell hundreds of booths over WhatsApp and spreadsheets — double-booked lots, no live availability, endless "how much is a booth?" messages, and no way for a merchant to choose the exact spot they want.
One platform for the whole festival: a colourful multi-city event site with programmes, lucky draws and runway nights; an interactive floor plan where merchants tap their exact lot — cinema-seat style — with designated F&B zones; a full online checkout with instant confirmation; a merchant dashboard; an organiser back-office that controls every lot and price live; and an AI concierge trained on the festival’s own knowledge, answering pricing and rules questions 24/7.

A real AI assistant (not a mock-up) sits on every page, trained on the festival’s knowledge base. Ask it booth prices, F&B rules or dates and it answers with the exact figures — and captures interested merchants as leads for the organiser.

Cinema-seat floor plan booking
The centrepiece — a live interactive floor plan of each hall. Merchants tap their exact lot like picking a cinema seat: five zones with individual sizes and prices, booked lots greyed out in real time, and designated F&B zones only food vendors can book.
